Day 2 was Cardio X. This little bit is a mix of plyometrics, yoga, kenpo and some cardio. Most of the cardio was just fine but it was the others that pulled upon the already sore muscle groups that I had a problem with.
The abs are sore and this friggin superman-banana crap is a pain. I’m also hoping that I get a little more flexibility because the yoga moves and the transitions between the poses are not as smooth as I think they are supposed to be.
I haven’t even looked to see what’s in store for Day 3. I’m not sure I want to know at this point.
