P90X Day 2

Day 2 was Car­dio X. This lit­tle bit is a mix of ply­o­met­rics, yoga, ken­po and some car­dio. Most of the car­dio was just fine but it was the oth­ers that pulled upon the already sore mus­cle groups that I had a prob­lem with.

The abs are sore and this frig­gin super­man-banana crap is a pain. I’m also hop­ing that I get a lit­tle more flex­i­bil­i­ty because the yoga moves and the tran­si­tions between the pos­es are not as smooth as I think they are sup­posed to be.

I haven’t even looked to see what’s in store for Day 3. I’m not sure I want to know at this point.
